The Worlds Greatest Lasagna

There are few things greater than Lasagna. Thats why the perfect Lasagna is so important.

Lasagna

Pasta- Sheets of fresh pasta (or make sel?)

Cheddar Cheese for topping.

White Sause.

60g Parmesan cheese

1 1/4 pint of milk

50g butter

70g flour

2 table spoons mustard

1 teaspoon nutmeg

Salt and pepper

Butter- melt, flour- cook then add milk and stir until thicker, add mustard and cheese, add the seasoning.

Beef.

1500g beef

2 onions

6 beef tomatoes

2 garlic

3 cans tomato

3 tablespoons tomato paste

Garlic seasoning

Salt pepper

Paprika, chilli powder, nutmeg seasoning

Simmer 1 hour

Beef stock

Add some flour

Cook the beef, season with the garlic powder salt and Pepper. Add the stock- let simmer while cooking the veg

In a different pan- onions and garlic. Then tomato. Cook until brown then add to the beef

Add the tomato paste and then tinned Tomato.

Add the seasoning.

Salt and pepper to taste.

2 teaspoons paprika.

2 teaspoons chilli

2 teaspoons nutmeg.

Let simmer for 1 hour- adding a couple of tea spoons of flour to thicken.

MAKE PASTA.

if not make- get the sheets of pasta ready.

Layer- meat, pasta, white sause 3 layers top with cheese. Cook for 1 hour until brown and crispy on top.
