Brunching Right

This is the first of many breakfast posts, I really want to explore different ways to make breakfast interesting and taste good.

I’ve never been much of a breakfast person, but im trying to open up my horizon regarding ga good breakfast, whether you are vegan or veggie ill make something for you to enjoy.

This is the simple, the basic, the greatest.

Sourdough toast, with whipped salted butter, smoked salmon, asparagus, crispy kale and a fried egg.

Start by toasting the bread.

Place the kale on a baking tray with some oil and salt and cook at 160 until crispy.

Place a little oil in the pan and fry the asparagus in a little salt, after they are cooked fry the eggs .

Once the bread is toasted take it out and whip the butter, adding a little rock salt.

Smother the butter over the toast, add the smoked salmon and asparjus. Place the egg on top and top off with the crispy kale and some black pepper- the perfect way to start your morning right!
